Gas Manifold is the first step for gas distribution system. Cylinder mount, Single cylinder manifold, 2-cylinder manifold, Multiple cylinders manifold and Gas Bank - there are different options available for Manifold system. For uninterrupted supply of gas, change - over system both Manual and Automatic can be supplied. There are different types of manifolds available.

Flammable and Toxic gases are usually kept inside Cylinder Storage Gas Cabinet with an integrated system having all safety equipment and provisions for gas supply. For toxic, flammable and hazardous gases, Leak Detector And Safe Handling are being used in laboratory /work place to detect LEL Level for safe handling. Signal for presence of those gases in higher than the limit are caution through visual and audio (Hooter) system. To cut off supply, solenoid valves are used. There are separate detectors for various gases and configured on the basis of detection level as required.

Gas Flow meter is used to regulate the flow of gas in to the system. Different types of flow meters are available depending on service, flow range and list counts. Depending on uses Rota meter, Mass flow meter or Mass flow controllers can be supplied.

Hazardous gases while emitting from the outlets need to be neutralized through proper desiccants or through a systems before releasing to the atmosphere. We supply Gas Scrubbers both the existing model as well as designed specifically for customers need.

Carrier gases in laboratory are connected with Gas Purification Panel for reduction of impurities-particularly Oxygen, Moisture and Hydrocarbon. Regulator, Pressure gauge and Valves (toggle) are connected in purification panel for controlling gas flow into the system. Purification panels are made specific to the gases.
